Save Simba: Amir can't afford the emergency vet
A rabbit named Simba needs orthopedic surgery - a $2,900 bill the family can't cover.

Simba is my rabbit of three years. On 31 January we rushed to Toronto Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $2,900.
They have stabilized Simba, but the treatment can't wait beyond April.
Simba is more than a pet - Simba got me through my hardest year. I have already put $370 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Toronto Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Simba's recovery.
Where the $2,900 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $2,200
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $260
• Medication and follow-up visits: $190
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $250
