Save Rosie: Teun can't afford the emergency vet

Rosie is my three-legged dog of two years. On 2 September we rushed to Amsterdam Animal Hospital with bloat. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,050. They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $165 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Amsterdam Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
