Save Rosie: Gloria can't afford the emergency vet

Rosie is my German shepherd of thirteen years. On 17 February we rushed to the Syracuse Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $2,850.
They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond April.
Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie got me through my hardest year. I have already put $195 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Syracuse Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Rosie's recovery.
Where the $2,850 goes:
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $230
• Emergency surgery: $1,900
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $720
