Save Pepper: Genesis can't afford the emergency vet
A three-legged dog named Pepper needs orthopedic surgery - a $1,200 bill the family cannot cover.

Pepper is my three-legged dog of nine years. On 29 July we rushed to the Swansea Emergency Vet Clinic with kidney failure. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,200.
They have stabilized Pepper, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Pepper is more than a pet - Pepper is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $180 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Swansea Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Pepper's recovery.
Where the $1,200 goes:
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $270
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $350
• Emergency surgery: $580
