A community garden for Acacia Park: help our neighbors in Hồ Chí Minh City
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a community garden - we need $450 for materials.

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a community garden. This year a group of 23 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Acacia Park, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $450.
It will serve about 111 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in May and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $450 goes:
• Materials: $340
• Permits and inspections: $20
• Safety equipment and signage: $50
• Tools hire and delivery: $40
