Save Oscar: Shweta can't afford the emergency vet

Oscar is my senior cat of three years. On 27 May we rushed to Prayagraj Veterinary Centre with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $350. They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond July. Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $35 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Prayagraj Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Oscar's recovery.
