Save Oscar: Aria can't afford the emergency vet

Oscar is my three-legged dog of six years. On 31 March we rushed to Tucson Animal Hospital with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $2,100.
They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond July.
Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $370 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Tucson Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $2,100 goes:
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $480
• Emergency surgery: $1,300
• Medication and follow-up visits: $320
