Save Ollie: Hadi can't afford the emergency vet

Ollie is my cat of three years. On 15 November we rushed to Surabaya Veterinary Centre with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $250.
They have stabilized Ollie, but the treatment can't wait beyond December.
Ollie is more than a pet - Ollie is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Surabaya Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $250 goes:
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $45
• Emergency surgery: $160
• Medication and follow-up visits: $45
