Max is my tabby kitten of six years. On 27 February we rushed to the Los Angeles Emergency Vet Clinic with bloat. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $2,600. They have stabilized Max, but the treatment can't wait beyond May. Max is more than a pet - Max walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $195 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Los Angeles Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
