Save Maple: Zaid can't afford the emergency vet
A German shepherd named Maple needs a hospital stay and surgery - a $350 bill the family can't cover.

Maple is my German shepherd of six years. On 18 April we rushed to the Mansoura Emergency Vet Clinic with bloat. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $350.
They have stabilized Maple, but the treatment can't wait beyond July.
Maple is more than a pet - Maple walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Mansoura Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $350 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $175
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $80
• Medication and follow-up visits: $45
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $50
