Save Juno: Veronika can't afford the emergency vet

Juno is my German shepherd of thirteen years. On 18 August we rushed to Moscow Animal Hospital with pyometra. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $750.
They have stabilized Juno, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Juno is more than a pet - Juno is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Moscow Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Juno's recovery.
Where the $750 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $450
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $95
• Medication and follow-up visits: $100
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $105
