Save Buddy: Thilini can't afford the emergency vet
A cat named Buddy needs orthopedic surgery - a $500 bill the family can't cover.

Buddy is my cat of six years. On 9 June we rushed to Negombo Veterinary Centre with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $500.
They have stabilized Buddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond September.
Buddy is more than a pet - Buddy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Negombo Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.

• Emergency surgery: $270
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $110
• Medication and follow-up visits: $55
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $65
