Save Bruno: Omar can't afford the emergency vet

Bruno is my German shepherd of thirteen years. On 26 May we rushed to Ludhiana Animal Hospital with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Bruno, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Bruno is more than a pet - Bruno is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Ludhiana Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
