Save Biscuit: Yamini can't afford the emergency vet

Please help Yamini pay for Biscuit's emergency treatment at the Mumbai Emergency Vet Clinic.

Biscuit is my tabby kitten of two years. On 16 August we rushed to the Mumbai Emergency Vet Clinic with kidney failure. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $350. They have stabilized Biscuit, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Biscuit is more than a pet - Biscuit got me through my hardest year. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Mumbai Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals. Where the $350 goes: • Emergency surgery: $210 • Hospitalization (4 nights): $90 • Medication and follow-up visits: $30 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $20 I hope life is good to you.

Updates from Yamini

  1. Thank you all. We're at 62% now ($218). I'm honestly stunned. we've booked the dates and paid the deposit.

  2. Good news. Because of your gifts ($95 in total) I met with the vet clinic and confirmed the amounts. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.

  3. Wanted to say thank you properly. 13% funded and I made the first payment toward medication and follow-up visits.
