Save Archie: Leo can't afford the emergency vet
Archie, Leo's senior cat, needs urgent treatment for pyometra costing $2,650.

Archie is my senior cat of nine years. On 26 August we rushed to Aberdeen Veterinary Centre with pyometra. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $2,650.
They have stabilized Archie, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Archie is more than a pet - Archie is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $105 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Aberdeen Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $2,650 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,950
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $210
• Medication and follow-up visits: $220
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $270
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Thank you all. We're at 48% now ($1,272). I'm honestly stunned. I made the first payment toward emergency surgery.
Thank you all. We're at 48% now ($1,282). I'm honestly stunned. I met with the vet clinic and confirmed the amounts.
Update from Aberdeen: we've booked the dates and paid the deposit. We're at 10% of the goal. Thank you for believing in us.

sending good thoughts. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I'll check back for the next update
We've got a rescue too so I know how much they mean. Thinking of Aberdeen.
Give Archie a hug from me. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Blessings
Good luck, Leo. Give Archie a hug from me. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Take care.
So sorry you're going through this, Leo. This could happen to any of us. We're a small family in Incheon but we're thinking of you. All the best.
Praying for you, Leo. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did.
