Sachin served four years; now needs help to get home
Sachin served four years in the navy; $600 would cover a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment.

I served four years in the navy and was discharged in 2024 with a service-related knee injury. I have been waiting seven months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment. The quote I have comes to $600.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing.
I'll post invoices, with personal details hidden.
Where the $600 goes:
• Training provider fees: $310
• Housing deposit and first month: $210
• Transport to appointments: $40
• Essential household items: $40
I hope life is good to you.

Good luck, Sachin. This could happen to any of us. My neighbor in Houston donated after I showed her your page. Blessings.
