Rodrigo's final semester of an agriculture degree in Curitiba

Rodrigo is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an agriculture degree at the Curitiba Institute of Technology, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,350. The registrar has said Rodrigo can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Rodrigo has a 3.9 average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Rodrigo would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
