Ratul is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a pharmacy diploma at Bhopal Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $900. The registrar has said Ratul can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ratul has a 3.8 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ratul would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Ratul isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Bhopal Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $900 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $440 • Final term tuition: $410 • Exam and lab fees: $35 • Textbooks and materials: $15 Every share and every dollar helps.

Updates from Hossain

  1. Thank you all. We're at 25% now ($225). I'm honestly stunned. we've booked the dates and paid the deposit.

  2. Good news. Because of your gifts ($175 in total) I made the first payment toward final term tuition. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.
