Pro bono tenant-rights lawyer needed for Anjana's case in Maharashtra
Looking for a pro bono tenant-rights lawyer in Maharashtra for a case with a deadline in November.
🇮🇳 Maharashtra, India956 views
I'm facing a benefits termination I'm appealing, with a hearing on November. I earn too much to qualify for legal aid on paper, but not nearly enough to pay a lawyer's retainer.
I'm looking for a qualified tenant-rights lawyer licensed in Maharashtra who might be able to review my documents, prepare me for the hearing, or take the case pro bono or on a reduced fee.
I've organized my documents chronologically, and I'll share them with the lawyer who agrees to help. I can travel to your office in Pune or meet online.
I understand that the time of a lawyer is valuable, and I'm deeply grateful for any help or for suggestions of organizations that could assist.
Thank you so much.

rooting for you, Anjana. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My neighbor in Rohini donated after I showed her your page. God bless.
Thinking of you and your family, Anjana. I hope things turn around soon. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. God bless.
Hang in there. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. After 6 years in teaching I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
Sending love, Anjana. This could happen to any of us. Thinking of Pune
take care, Anjana. This could happen to any of us. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
Rooting for you. Hope this works out for you. Don't give up. Take care.
Wishing you peace, Anjana. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Thinking of Pune!
So sorry you're going through this, Anjana. I hope things turn around soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Greetings from Medellín.
hang in there, Anjana. Shared this with my family. Blessings.
Hang in there, Anjana. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. All the best.
Thanks for sharing this, Anjana. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Don't be hard on yourself for asking.
