Poppy's kidney failure: help with the vet bill

Poppy is my rabbit of nine years. On 31 May we rushed to London Animal Hospital with kidney failure. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $2,750. They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond August. Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $210 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to London Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
