Oscar's a ruptured cruciate ligament: help with the vet bill
Oscar, Nuria's rabbit, needs urgent treatment for a ruptured cruciate ligament costing $2,150.

Oscar is my rabbit of eleven years. On 6 August we rushed to the Scranton Emergency Vet Clinic with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $2,150.
They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar got me through my hardest year. I have already put $400 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Scranton Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $2,150 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $960
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $750
• Medication and follow-up visits: $180
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $260
Thank you so much.
