Orlando needs a specialist standing frame - help us make it happen
Orlando needs a specialist standing frame that the health system won't fund; the cost is $1,500.

I live with low vision from retinitis pigmentosa. My occupational therapist at Quezon City General Hospital has assessed me and recommended a specialist standing frame. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,500.
My current equipment is 15 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 3 weeks.
With the right equipment I could join the school sports day. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $1,500 goes:
• Delivery and set-up: $25
• specialist standing frame: $1,400
• Fitting and training sessions: $75
Thank you for reading my story.
