I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a teaching qualification at Petrópolis Community College, and I'm one term away from graduating. I have worked as a delivery rider to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $850.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a first-class average, and my faculty supervisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Petrópolis Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $850 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $320
• Final term tuition: $410
• Exam and lab fees: $100
• Textbooks and materials: $20
Thanks for being kind about this.

I hope things turn around soon. I have a 8 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Greetings from Tacoma.
Hope it all works out. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. My husband and I read this together.
