Tuition fund for Hasan: a pharmacy diploma at Dhaka Polytechnic

Hasan is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a pharmacy diploma at Dhaka Polytechnic, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $450.
The registrar has said Hasan can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Hasan has a 3.8 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Hasan would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Hasan isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Dhaka Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
