One semester away: help Nadia graduate from Yekaterinburg Polytechnic

Nadia is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a teaching qualification at Yekaterinburg Polytechnic, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,000.
The registrar has said Nadia can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Nadia has a first-class average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Nadia would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Nadia isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
