One semester away: help Monika graduate from Gdynia State College

Monika is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a degree in social work at Gdynia State College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $600.
The registrar has said Monika can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Monika has a top-ten-percent average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Monika would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Monika isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Gdynia State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
