One semester away: help Kirana graduate from Denpasar Community College
Kirana has worked and saved for five years to study a computer science degree; a $555 gap now stands between her and graduation.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a computer science degree at Denpasar Community College, and I'm one term away from graduating. I have worked as a shop assistant to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $555.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.9 average, and my faculty supervisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $555 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $360
• Final term tuition: $170
• Exam and lab fees: $20
• Textbooks and materials: $5
With deep gratitude,
Kirana

Your post was clear and honest. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Love from Kazan
wishing you the best, Kirana. This could happen to any of us. I went through something like this 3 years ago and strangers helped me out. All the best.
Thinking of you and your family, Kirana. Looking forward to the next update. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Take care.
keep going, Kirana. I hope things turn around soon. Please keep us posted.
thinking of you. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I have a 17 year old who wants to send good wishes too.
