One semester away: help Josiane graduate from the Fortaleza Institute of Technology
A first-generation student, Josiane needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a teaching qualification.

Josiane is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a teaching qualification at the Fortaleza Institute of Technology, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,750.
The registrar has said Josiane can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Josiane has a 3.8 average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Josiane would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Josiane isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $1,750 goes:
• Textbooks and materials: $120
• Final term tuition: $840
• Outstanding tuition balance: $790
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
