He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,950. The registrar has said Joseph can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Joseph has a top-ten-percent average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Joseph would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Joseph isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
