One semester away: help Horst graduate from Hamburg State College
Horst has worked and saved for five years to study a degree in social work; a $1,350 gap now stands between him and graduation.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a degree in social work at Hamburg State College, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a barista to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $1,350.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a distinction average, and my faculty supervisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Hamburg State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $1,350 goes:
• Textbooks and materials: $200
• Final term tuition: $950
• Exam and lab fees: $200
