He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,750. The registrar has said Declan can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Declan has a first-class average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Declan would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Declan isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Spokane Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
