He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,750. The registrar has said Declan can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Declan has a first-class average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Declan would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
