One semester away: help Declan graduate from Philadelphia Community College
A first-generation student, Declan needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of an electrical engineering diploma.

Declan is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Philadelphia Community College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,600.
The registrar has said Declan can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Declan has a 3.9 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Declan would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Declan isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Philadelphia Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
