The registrar has said Declan can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Declan has a 3.9 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Declan would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Declan isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Philadelphia Community College bursar's office.
