Sacramento
Brooklyn is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a pharmacy diploma at Sacramento University, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $6,200. The registrar has said Brooklyn can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Brooklyn has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Brooklyn would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Brooklyn isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Sacramento University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $6,200 goes: • Exam and lab fees: $175 • Outstanding tuition balance: $3,050 • Final term tuition: $2,975 You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
