One semester away: help Arnel graduate from San Francisco University

Arnel is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a law degree at San Francisco University, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,950.
The registrar has said Arnel can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Arnel has a top-ten-percent average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Arnel would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Arnel isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the San Francisco University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
