Omondi's final semester of an accounting degree in Arusha
A first-generation student, Omondi needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of an accounting degree.

Omondi is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an accounting degree at Arusha Community College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $550.
The registrar has said Omondi can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Omondi has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Omondi would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Omondi isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.

• Outstanding tuition balance: $185
• Final term tuition: $300
• Exam and lab fees: $65
