Noor's final semester of a law degree in Madrid
Noor is one semester away from finishing a law degree but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $3,850.

Noor is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a law degree at Madrid Community College, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $3,850.
The registrar has said Noor can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Noor has a first-class average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Noor would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Noor isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
