Nitin's non-Hodgkin lymphoma treatment fund
4 rounds of treatment are planned at Pune Cancer Centre; we are asking for help with the costs insurance does not cover.
🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India946 views
Nitin was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in June. The oncology team at Pune Cancer Centre has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in August. He will be away from work for about 12 weeks.
Nitin is 27, worked as a bank teller until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Pune Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $500 goes:
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $60
• Scans and lab work: $270
• Transport to Pune Cancer Centre: $170
Every share and every dollar helps.

is there anything that isn't money that would help Nitin?
Sharing the link is the biggest thing. And if you know anything about nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team, advice is welcome too. Fair thing to want to know.
Keep going. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected
Sending strength. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Love from Montréal.
