I'm launching a craft brewery in Taguig next August. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a craft brewery, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
- effort
- 1 hour a month
- format
- Online or by phone

Thinking of you. Gave what I could, wish it was more. It's not much but it's yours. Blessings
rooting for you. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Wish I lived closer to Mumbai so I could bring a meal.
