Nenita needs a lift to the Quezon City Dialysis Unit - can you help one day a week?

A rota of drivers to the Quezon City Dialysis Unit would keep Nenita on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Nenita has been on dialysis for 5 years and until recently drove to the Quezon City Dialysis Unit alone. After a foot amputation, Nenita can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week. We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 26 km each way. Nenita is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food. Please say which day works for you in the comments. You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
