Neha was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in September. The oncology team at Rajkot Regional Medical Center has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in December. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks. Neha is 33, worked as a nurse until September, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Rajkot Regional Medical Center 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
