Naveen needs a full set of tools to reopen a bicycle repair shop
A bicycle repair shop in Pune needs help replacing a full set of tools after a storm that collapsed the roof.
🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India1,985 views
For nine years I have run a bicycle repair shop in Pune. In August, a storm that collapsed the roof took a full set of tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 5 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $650 goes:
• Replacing a full set of tools: $480
• Shop repairs and licensing: $65
• Initial stock: spare parts: $105
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
