Help Lisa with an electrician's skills: a septic backup
An electrician is needed to repair a septic backup at the home of a family of 3.

In June an inspector told me that my home has a septic backup. It's a safety risk for me and my newborn. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $810 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed electrician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $75.
The job should take about four hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're an electrician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Hope things get better soon, Lisa. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
your post was clear and honest. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from São Paulo!
You're not alone, Lisa. Hope this works out for you. Thinking of Amsterdam.
Take care. This could happen to any of us. I'm in construction myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Thinking of Amsterdam.
