Nathan needs a pair of safety boots and a hi-vis vest to start working in Toronto
Donated or used, a pair of safety boots and a hi-vis vest would let Nathan take a job in Toronto.

I have been offered a job as a delivery rider in Toronto, starting next month. The job requires a pair of safety boots and a hi-vis vest, and I can't afford one. I have been unemployed for 4 weeks.
A new or used one is welcome. If you have one sitting unused, That would really help.
I'm a hard worker, with three references available. I can collect the item anywhere within 10 km of Toronto.
I'll take great care of it, and I'll return the favor by helping the next person in the same situation.
I can arrange my own transport; please just let me know it's available.
Thanks for being kind about this.
