Yard rescue for Mutua, 80: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Mutua's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 80 and I have lived in this house in Nairobi for 33 years. After the storm in August, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a recent fall.
The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

It takes guts to ask. Well done. After 29 years in teaching I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care
