After the loss of my brother, Deepa has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Mumbai Counselling Collective cost $10 each. Deepa has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Deepa could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Deepa, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment. Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable. Where the $350 goes: • 10 therapy sessions: $300 • Psychiatric assessment: $45 • Workbook and resources: $5 Every share and every dollar helps. - Umesh

Keep going, Umesh. Wishing Deepa a smooth procedure and a full recovery. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
