My tuk-tuk: Kamrul's only way to earn a living

Without my tuk-tuk Kamrul can't work; a $150 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 4 weeks ago the suspension failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $150. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal. Where the $150 goes: • Labor charges: $60 • Towing and inspection: $20 • suspension replacement (parts): $70 If you're reading this, thank you. - Kamrul

        • So sorry you're going through this. It takes guts to ask. Well done. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Thinking of Kochi.
