Sathi's prostate cancer treatment fund

Sathi was diagnosed with prostate cancer in November. The oncology team at Khulna Regional Medical Center has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in February. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Sathi is 55, worked as a farmer until November, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Khulna Regional Medical Center 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $670
• Household costs while unable to work: $230
• Transport to Khulna Regional Medical Center: $100
