My motorbike: Sigrid's only way to earn a living
Sigrid drives for a living in Stockholm, and a broken clutch assembly has stopped all income for 4 weeks.

I make my living with my motorbike. 4 weeks ago the clutch assembly failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,200. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $1,200 goes:
• Towing and inspection: $150
• Labor charges: $180
• clutch assembly replacement (parts): $870
I hope life is good to you.

Wishing you peace, Sigrid. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Greetings from Rio de Janeiro.
praying for you, Sigrid. It takes guts to ask. Well done. After 18 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings!
